Our electrical technicians are fully supported by our reliable customer service team in the Ampvolt Caulfield head office. Jobs are centrally managed, and our techs have an app to record their work. The entire Ampvolt team has access to the most up-to-date information. We also have a GPS vehicle management system which improves safety and provides assurance to our customers and electronic job certification. We believe these systems help provide consistent, reliable and verifiable service to all our customers. When a work order is sent through, you can be assured that the Ampvolt customer service team will get onto it quickly.

There are nine of us on the Ampvolt team. We have six service vehicles on the road, and our field technicians are all backed by our excellent support team. All Ampvolt technicians have done their electrical apprenticeship with us, plus we do ongoing training and development. Customers can be assured that all members of the team are up to date with the latest information, technical and product know-how and safety standards.
